In this week’s blog post, I will be talking about my first impression of one of the Revlon Ultra HD Matte Lip Color’s in the shade ‘Devotion‘.
I will be featuring what the product looks like once applied to the lips.
I was using up some of my Boots points on their website and had a few things in mind that I was after. I was in desperate need of a Revlon foundation and noticed that if I spent over a certain amount on their products, I would get a free gift. I had a look at what else I fancied and came across their Ultra HD Matte Lip Color. They come in a range of 7 shades and retail at £8.99 each. I settled on the shade ‘Devotion‘, which looked like a purple/pink colour.
In this week’s blog post, I will be swatching the Sleek Highlighter Eye Palette Solstice.
I will be featuring photos of the palette and the swatches as well.
I had been watching one of my favourite YouTuber’s video a little while ago and noticed that one of the products she used in her makeup tutorial was the Sleek Highlighter Eye Palette Solstice. I was instantly drawn to the colours that came with it; they were stunning! She actually used the palette as a highlight for the tops of her cheekbones, rather than her eyes like the name suggests.
In this week’s blog post, I will be talking you through an update of my skin care routine.
I will also be featuring what products I use and how it has helped my skin so far.
I got talking to a friend of mine who’s part of the team at Into The Gloss; a website dedicated to beauty, makeup, skin etc. We were chatting about skin care items I use as part of my skin care routine as she was interested in knowing what I use and what are my favourites. She showed me their serum article and this inspired me to blog about an update of my skin care routine as I blogged about my last one last year which you can find here. From reading last year’s post and this week’s, you’ll see that it has changed in some way.
In this week’s blog post, I will be reviewing two of the NYX Lingerie Liquid Lipsticks in the shades Bedtime Flirt and Push-Up.
I will also be featuring what the product looks like once applied to the lips.
I had suddenly had a notion to do some online shopping, mainly to buy makeup (would you expect anything else?!). I hadn’t bought anything online from Boots in a long long time as I usually go in to my local store in town and get my stuff there. For a while now, I’ve been really getting in to wearing lipsticks a lot more and was excited to hear that NYX had brought out their own liquid lipsticks. Me being me, had to check out reviews whether that be blog posts or YouTube videos and all sounded as though they were worth the purchase.
In this week’s blog post, I’ll be talking about and featuring a lip look with MAC’s Whirl Lip Pencil & Brave Lipstick.
I had quite a bit of money left over from Christmas time and was thinking of buying some new makeup. After tirelessly trawling the internet, looking at beauty and makeup websites, I settled on buying some MAC products. I had in mind quite a few things that I wanted and the majority of it was lip products. After hearing and reading so many good reviews about two particular ones, Whirl Lip Pencil and Brave Lipstick, I bought them. The lip pencil retails at £12.50 and the lipstick retails at £15.50.
